MODERN MEDITERRANEAN CUISINE
Do Wine and Dine, which opened five years ago, is located on the coast road in the Limassol Pearl Building. The restaurant occupies the ground floor with a beautiful basement/wine cellar level for private parties and conferences. There is plentiful outdoor seating with a combination of eating areas and settees for enjoying a drink. The good news is, that in this busy area of the city there is a large car park at the back! ‘Eggceptional’ Dishes for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
The restaurant is open all day. Their breakfast menu is one of the most extensive we have ever seen with a choice of seven “eggceptional” dishes, not including their signature, Eggs Benedict. There is also a large selection of pancakes and the healthy options of fruit, granola and yoghurt. All teas and coffees are both organic and fair-trade.
For the lunchtime menu, they serve burgers, salads, pasta and risotto with main courses of fillet steak and seabass fillet to mention just two of the options.
Restaurant Review by Cyprus in Style – Outstanding!
On the evening we visited, the dinner menu also included some of the lunchtime options and a large selection of Sushi with a special menu. As we were celebrating, we decided to select from the main menu. We started with a beautiful unusual take on Grilled Halloumi. It was served with tomato marmalade, grilled vegetables, pine nuts and basil pesto. The intense flavours all worked well together. The other starter of Truffle Asparagus was outstanding. The truffle came through perfectly in the cream sauce covering the fresh asparagus. For the main course, we enjoyed a Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli and a Pistachio Crusted Salmon with Sautéed Edamame Beans and Limoncello sauce. The salmon was a great combination of flavours. Both meals were beautifully presented and generous portions. The menu changes regularly according to the season and under the supervision of their Head Chef, Konstantina Ioannou.
For those who wish to share their food, they have a good selection of sharing plates, including exquisite charcuterie platters. Service throughout the evening was excellent with a friendly team under the watchful eye of the Manager, Athos Hadjimichael.
Wine List with over 300 Wines!
They have a wine list with a selection of over 300 wines and unusually have a high number of them available by the glass. In addition to wine, they also serve champagne, dessert wines and port by the glass. If you enjoy cocktails, they have an extraordinary range made with fresh ingredients and premium spirits. Do Wine and Dine is the perfect venue for all-day modern Mediterranean dining.
