Wine Cyprus – Just one week to go until yet another spectacular Oeno – Gastronomic Wine Occasion takes place at the 5* Four Seasons Hotel in Limassol, on Tuesday 27th October at 7.30 pm. This event is presented by the Wine & More Privilege Club.

EXCLUSIVE VENUE

The Wine & More Privilege Club is honoured to present their selection of prestigious Champagnes, Wines and Cognac, as part of this five-course dinner, prepared by the team of top chefs at the Four Seasons Hotel. The venue at the Four Seasons Hotel is the exclusive outdoor restaurant, Seasons Oriental.

5-COURSE DINNER WITH PAIRED WINES

The Wine & More Privilege events always combine a menu of the highest quality and style, with a selection of the finest French wines available. Each course and each wine is painstakingly paired, for an unforgettable gastronomic experience. Under the title ‘Symphony of Senses’, this is an event not to be missed in Cyprus. This symphonic menu includes Langoustines, Seafood Risotto, Veal Tenderloin, a special Goat’s Cheese from Provence and an exquisite Passion Fruit Soufflé.

CHÂTEAU SAINTE MARGUERITE

Included in this month’s wine selection, is the opportunity to taste wines of the highest quality, from the prestigious Château Sainte Marguerite. The dinner is centred around this vineyard in Provence, and the gastronomy of the region. Their award-winning ‘Symphonie’ Rosé wine, which was awarded the accolade of the ‘Best Provence Rosé Wine in the World’ in 2020, by Decanter Magazine will be included. A mystery wine will also be revealed on the night to be served with the main course of Veal Tenderloin in a Provencal crust. Champagnes and a unique Cognac will also be served with Coffee and Petit Fours. 

Château Sainte Marguerite has been in the Fayard family since 1977. This Cru Classé vineyard of Côtes de Provence is positioned by the sea in La Londe- Les- Maures. With rich altered clay soil and excellent climatic conditions, it is no surprise that the vineyard produces exceptional award-winning wines.

GOSSET CHAMPAGNE

The selected Champagne for the night comes from the oldest wine house in Champagne – Gosset. It was founded in 1584 by Pierre Gosset, and remained in the same family until the early nineties, when it was sold to the Renaud-Cointreau group. Upholding the family traditions, they offer a selection of fine champagnes which are in high demand all over the world.

FRAPIN COGNAC

The Renaud-Cointreau group also own the Cognac House, which will supply the Cognac to conclude the evening – Frapin Cognac. The Frapin estate includes over 240 hectares of vineyards in the Grande Champagne area, which is very well known for providing Cognac’s best appellation.

WINE & MORE PRIVILEGE CLUB

Wine & More Privilege Club – This exclusive club enjoys enormous support from its members, who are wine enthusiasts and prominent members of the business community, here in Cyprus. They organise special dinners every month which allows their members to taste world-class wines and enjoy some of the most refined menus available. The monthly event always includes a top winemaker at the finest of culinary venues, through their association with the Four Seasons Hotel.
